By accessing and using this website (www.heyshinde.com), including the acquisition of original physical artworks, literary publications, digital streams, or subscribing to private dispatches, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.

2. Identity & Merchant Details

This platform is owned and operated by Aditya Shinde, operating from Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. All payments and orders processed through this platform are managed securely through authorized payment gateway partners (including Razorpay Software Private Limited).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on this platform—including but not limited to original oil paintings, sculptures, literary essays, film narratives, cinematic stills, typography, and software architecture—is the exclusive intellectual property of Aditya Shinde and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

Acquisition of a physical artwork transfers physical ownership of the canvas or volume only. No copyright, reproduction rights, or commercial licensing is transferred to the buyer without explicit written authorization.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All acquisitions are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices or withdraw pieces from availability at any time without prior notice.

• Payment must be settled in full prior to order packaging and dispatch handover.
• Payments are processed using 256-bit encrypted banking interfaces via Razorpay (supporting UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and International Cards).
• Order confirmation receipts are dispatched automatically to the registered email address.

5. Delivery & Courier Handover

6. Sole Creator Guarantee & Finality of Sale

Every original masterwork, physical sculpture, and literary volume is personally created, hand-signed, serialized, and packed for courier dispatch single-handedly by sole creator Shinde Aditya. Accompanied by a 100% verified Certificate of Authenticity and due to the extensive individual craftsmanship required, all acquisitions are final. 7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

In no event shall Aditya Shinde or HeyShinde be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this platform. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
