1. Archival Packing & Handling
All physical works acquired through the Atelier (original oil paintings, sculptures, and book volumes) undergo rigorous museum-grade packaging:
- Acid-free glassine wrapping and moisture-resistant vapor barriers.
- Impact-absorbing corner protectors and custom double-wall corrugated or wooden reinforcement crates.
- Included physical Certificate of Authenticity signed by Aditya Shinde.
2. Delivery Timelines & Processing
Dispatch: 2 to 4 business days
Estimated Delivery: 3 to 7 business days post-dispatch
Courier Partners: Blue Dart, Delhivery, Express Post
Dispatch: 3 to 5 business days
Estimated Delivery: 7 to 14 business days post-dispatch

3. Real-Time Tracking & Notifications
Upon dispatch handover to our courier logistics provider, an automated Airway Bill (AWB) number and direct tracking URL are dispatched to your registered email address.
You can also track your acquisition in real-time by entering your Order ID on our Order Lookup Portal.
4. Customs & Import Duties
For international deliveries, customs procedures, import duties, and local taxes may be levied once the shipment arrives in the recipient's destination country. These statutory charges are the responsibility of the recipient collector.
